Condo building reroof
Chronic leaks and insulation problems came from a deteriorating flat TPO roof and an aging shingle mansard. We removed the old materials, installed a durable flat TPO roof and added high-quality shingles to the mansard.
Shingle replacement
Worn and damaged shingles were replaced with new, high-quality shingles for a durable, weather-resistant roof that adds curb appeal and value to the home.
Broken tile and mortar repair
Missing mortar and broken tiles compromised the roof. We replaced the damaged tiles and filled the gaps with fresh mortar, restoring both the appearance and the function of the roof.
Ridge vent leak repair
A leak was traced to a ridge vent. We inspected the vent for vulnerabilities, applied the necessary repairs and sealed it, creating a watertight solution that protects the home from further water damage.
Metal roof flashing
Transition flashing on a metal roof was causing leaks and potential damage. We assessed the issue and replaced the faulty flashing with a secure fit that redirects water away from vulnerable areas.
Shingle to copper penny metal roof
